2021 Ford Bronco
The all-new 2021 Ford Bronco Sport is a small SUV with a big personality and the capability to match your adventurous side. With its rugged character and roomy, easy-to-clean interior, the Bronco Sport is ready for tackling the city streets or the wilderness.
Trim Levels (Exterior)
For 2021, the Bronco Sport is available in Base, Big Bend, Outer Banks, Badlands, and First Edition models, each with unique styling details and badging. It features a strong design with a bold signature grille and distinctive round headlights.
Going with the Base trim gets you configurable LED daytime running lights, power mirrors, 17-inch wheels, and a tall safari-style roof with roof rack side rails. The liftgate features a flip-up window for easy access to your gear. The Big Bend trim adds deep-tinted glass, LED fog lamps, and heated mirrors.
Outer Banks models offer LED signature lighting, rain-sensing wipers with de-icer, 18-inch wheels, a shadow black roof, and color-keyed door handles. For added off-road capability, the Badlands trim features increased ground clearance, tow hooks, steel underbody bash plates, and 17-inch wheels. First Edition models add all-terrain tires, roof rack crossbars, and hood and door decals.
Engine (Power)
Under the hood of most models is a lively 1.5-liter three-cylinder EcoBoost engine that produces 181 horsepower and 190 pound-feet of torque. A responsive 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine delivering 245 horsepower and 275 pound-feet of torque powers the Badlands and First Edition models. Both engines pair with an eight-speed automatic transmission.
Performance
The Bronco Sport provides a smooth and comfortable ride on the highway, while its compact size and agile handling make it easy to maneuver around town. But it comes into its own when the going gets tough. With standard four-wheel drive, a high-performance off-road suspension system, and up to seven G.O.A.T. (Goes Over Any Type of Terrain) driving modes, the Bronco Sport can tackle any trail.
Interior
The Bronco Sport's deceptively spacious cabin features lots of clever storage options for all your essential gear. You can carry five people in comfort or fold down the second-row seats to open up 65.2 cubic feet of cargo space. Carabiner hooks and loops help keep your gear in place.
Integrated into the liftgate are two adjustable floodlights, and the hatch has a built-in bottle opener. An available cargo management system extends out to make a work or camp table. After a dirty or dusty day, the Bronco Sport's durable, easy-to-clean interior surfaces make tidying up simple.
The SYNC 3 infotainment system keeps you connected on your adventures. It features smartphone capability, voice recognition, four USB inputs, an 8-inch touch screen, and a six-speaker audio system. Badlands and First Edition trims also have navigation and a B&O 10-speaker sound system.
Safety Features
The Bronco Sport comes standard with Ford Co-Pilot360 technology that includes a lane-keeping system, blind-spot monitoring, pre-collision assist, automatic emergency braking, and automatic high beams. Available or standard safety features on higher-spec trims include a reverse sensing system and adaptive cruise control with stop and go, lane centering, and speed sign recognition.
