The 2021 Bronco Sport is one of the most anticipated vehicles in the new Ford lineup. The iconic vehicle rose to prominence decades ago, and its recent resurgence has many buyers feeling a bit nostalgic and excited to take the newest model out for a spin. Want to find out what you can expect from the newest model? Check out some of the most popular features listed below.

Power and Performance

Like with many like crossovers, the Bronco Sport will utilize a front-wheel-drive design as well as the option to upgrade to an all-wheel-drive option or trim level. Buyers will also have a choice of multiple powertrains to allow them to customize their driving experience. It is expected to have the option of the 1.5-liter turbocharged engine, a 2.0-liter four-cylinder option, and a hybrid model. While the new Bronco may not be expected to perform off-road as well as some of the more traditional off-road vehicles, it is expected to have more ground clearance and other features that allow it to traverse rougher roadways and other terrains.

Interior Comfort and Cargo Space

While there is still quite a bit of conjecture surrounding the interior of the new 2021 Bronco Sport, many Ford enthusiasts are expecting it to be upgraded with the latest Ford interior features, utilizing the most impressive features to create a comfortable and luxurious interior. The interior and cargo space are suspected to be sufficient with plenty of headroom and the ability to store awkward cargo due to its more squared-off shape. You can also expect available popular upgrades at the higher trim levels, such as leather seats and possibly heated seats.

Technology and Convenience

The Bronco Sport is expected to be equipped with the standard Ford touch-screen infotainment system. The newest system includes Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and an available Wi-Fi hotspot. These features allow you to stay connected to your contacts, phone navigation, and music, while still keeping your eyes on the road.

It is expected that base models will be equipped with the standard Ford safety features, such as airbags and rearview backup camera, but higher levels trims will feature fore technological driver’s assistance features such as adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, and lane-keeping assist.

Removable Roof and Doors

A few sneak peeks at the design for the Bronco Sport include both removable doors and a removable roof, though the way it works seems significantly different from its competitors. The new design will feature both a B-pillar and longitudinal roof rail, along with roof bows to provide it with a cage structure for rolling similar to the Jeep Wrangler, but the difference is when the roof is removed the pillars will go as well, only allowing the windshield to extended above.
